Dogs 5 months and older must be licensed annually in the Village of Merrillan. To license your dog proof of rabies vaccine must be brought to the Village Hall. The fee for licensing your dog is $12.00 for a non-spayed or non-neutered dogs and $7.00 for spayed or neutered dogs.
